In the case of an team-supporting specialist, I take over the program support and strategic program development in coordination with the customer. This is especially true if there is no one in charge or internal resources are tied up due to other issues. The support includes local analyses in relation to the own program, type and scope of the served publisher verticals in comparison to competitors or target group similar advertisers. So that the different search and research behavior of the customers is underpinned with corresponding publisher touchpoints. <\/p>\n

The weighting, acquisition and development of publisher models in line with the company's own goals form the strategic program expansion. Publisher acquisition includes testing new publisher models and setting up cross-channel collaborations. Within the publisher support I take care of the technical onboarding, questions about the program and supervise the campaign development (CPA, WKZ, CPC, Hybrid), permanent target agreements or fraud (publisher) analysis.<\/p>\n

As a project manager, I oversee the initial setup of the affiliate program (Inhouse\/Public)<\/span>, the network change or the update <\/span>of the tracking technology if the process cannot be mapped due to resources or know-how. <\/span>I act as an interface between IT and the affiliate network to set up the tracking (network tag, plugins, S2S, mobile) smoothly. Furthermore, <\/span>as an internal contact person, I take over the adjustments in partner attribution and channel weighting in order to distribute the budgets <\/span>per influence. If publisher scripts are integrated, I take care of the necessary CMP adjustments of the cookie consent tool <\/span>together with Legal.<\/p>\n

During implementation, I also supervise employee training in the use of the program and am available afterwards as emergency support if required.
